We meet food everyday and interestingly most of us do not aware, do not know or do not really care about food we take. the differences between healthy and unhealthy food is the nutrition compound in it. Here, we are going to talk about 10 interesting fact about nutritional facts. From the little knowledge, I hope now we can be wiser to select food before we are eating it

Today Americans are eating 300 more calories compare to Americans in 1985. if we compare today’s kid with American kids in 1985, today’s American children are eating more cereals contains richer calories than American kids in 1985. However, Today’s cereal is also saltier, sweeter but poorer fibers.

Nutritionists believe more colorful foods are better. They suggest picking food according to rainbow colors. More colorful the foods we take would make us healthier.

The simplest healthy diet tip is eating slowly. When people stop taking meal too quick, people would take lesser meal. Chewing food properly also has its own benefit for our digestion.
