Before October 2010, the smallest person in the world is crowned to He Ping Ping from the tiny city Ulanqab at the northern China (Mongolia). He was born in July 13th 1988. Before his died in March 3, 2010, in Rome Hospital because of severe chest pain, He was known as the smallest walking person on earth since 2006. His tall was mere 74 cm or 2 feet and 5 inches.
After his death, new world record of the smallest person was crowned to different person. This time the record belongs to Khagendra Thapa Magar from Nepal. He was born in October 14,1992 from father Rup Bahadur and mother Dhana Maya. According to doctor, Khagendra is a man who carries rare symptoms called primordial dwarfism.

In October 14, 1992, His father is Rup Bahadur and his mother is Dhana Maya. Because he is smaller than any kid on the village, Thapa Magar is treated specially by his family. Doctors said Khagendra suffers primordial dwarfism. His tall now is mere 0,67-0,68 meters /2 feet 2,5 inches and his weight is mere 5kg. Khagendra should be the smallest man in the world since 2006 if he was older than 18 years old that year.
