Northice Station is remote location in the heart of Greenland. The station is home for a small community that comes from another country. They are here to research and push their stamina to the limit. Northice Station suffers it coldest day on January 9, 1954. It was -87° F or (-66° C)

4. Yakutsk
Yakutsk is the main city of Yakutia Region of Siberia. The cold town is a home for more than 200,000 adult and children. Some say, Yakutsk is the coldest city on earth. In January, daily temperature is average -58° F/ (-50° C). On that month, car owners should warm their car at least view hours every day or their car engine would be freeze and damage. On that month too, wearing sunglasses outdoor is dangerous because the glass could stick on the face skin and peel off the skin.

3. Verkhoyansk

Verkhoyansk is another location in Yakutia and part of the inner core of Artic circle. Waters surround Verkhoyansk and people here are not providing appropriate water transportation for strangers. Outsiders are only possible to enter the place during the winter when the river freeze. The city is a home for estimated 1350 people and famous for its gold mine. Too bad, unearthed the gold is hardly possible because of the harsh environment and temperature. In Russia, the nickname of Verkhoyansk is Stalin Death ring.

2. Oymyakon
Oymakon is a little Russian village with little population in Northern hemisphere. Although the village has extremely cold temperature, an active volcano rings the region. Thanks to the volcano, the soil of Oymyakon is non-permafrost and the water is not frozen. The coldest recorded temperature in the region was in January 26, 1926. That date, the temperature was 96.2° F /(-71.2° C).

Vostok Station is a Antarctic research station located in secluded area in Southern pole. The station had recorded an astonishing temperature level in July 21, 1983. On that date, temperature pin hit 128, 6 ° F (-89.2° C). It was the lowest temperature ever been recorded since the invention of thermometer in the world. With that record, Vostok Station is titled as the coldest place on earth
